Ratings are based on a Five Star scoring system. Auto Body Repair Shops will receive a one thru five star rating based on their score. One star rating will represent the "lowest" rating and the five star rating will represent an "excellent" rating.

This is a third party rating system and is independent of the Auto Body Shops that are listed on this website. Auto Body Repair Shops are not allowed to purchase their ratings. If an Auto Body Repair Shop submits fraudulent information that affects their rating it will be noted on their website. They will be assigned a one star rating and noting to the reasons why until matters are rectified.
